Throughout our history, compLexity has been at the forefront of innovation when it comes to providing the highest quality of training for our players. Earlier this year we made headlines when we secured six P-1A visas for our players, and when we became the first eSports team to train at the world famous IMG Academy (“IMGA”). Today we are honored to welcome a special guest, as IMGA sends renowned leadership, communication and coaching expert James Leath to assist coL.Dota in training for The International.

As IMGA’s Head of Leadership, Athletic and Personal Development, James has unique and extensive experience in training athletes for the world’s largest and most prestigious competitions. James will be working with coL.Dota and coach Alan ‘Nahaz’ Bester in the team’s Florida based training facility, focusing on team dynamics, communication, and conflict resolution in a high stress environment.
