changing IP!

Long story short i was banned from esea from using a reserved paypal. basically what happened was one day my friend bought me esea using his moms paypal account witch she dident allow. Now in order to play esea again i have to pay $11 for esea to investigate this problem. NOW to bypass this problem could i just change my ip address because i think it is an ip ban?

other questions:
ive never changed my ip before so is there anyway possible that this could be a meltdown. What i mean by that is could i start lagging and have weird internet problems or is this a full proof solution? also are there any problems that can occure from changing your ip?

Do a hard reset on your router meaning there's a button on the back you hold in for about a minute and the lights will blink on the front when it has been reset. There's nothing bad from reseting your router to get a new ip, I find it helps my lag as it's good to reset your router every now and then.

IDK--all I know is run cmd, ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew.

However, I am unsure whether or nor the IP would remain the same, or be new, as I have a dynamic IP. You could try it.
