Has anyone bought or tested out the new Steelseries Siberia v2 headset? My 5hv2's right earpiece has stopped working and I hear alot of people have that problem so I'm wondering if the Siberia is a better choice for a replacement. Thoughts?

(I also heard that the Siberia has 2 drivers instead of 4 so you can't pinpoint exactly where enemies are like the 5hv2? is this true?)

I highly highly doubt the second part is true.

If SteelSeries is your brand of choice than I would suggest upgrading to the Siberia v2's. I had the Original Siberia headset and it lasted the longest of any headset Ive ever owned. My personal preference is creative headsets, but hey everyone's different.

i suggest buying directly from company like steelseries for when i bought 2 5hv2's they broke in a year or less due to wire connection failure/loosening which is caused by them sitting on shelf for monthes even years. I am sending mine back to them and getting a new pair made recently and they are suppose to last 2+ years if treated correctly. and yes i think you should upgrade if you want steelseries, my next headset i will try is the soundblaster like the col version. gl with search
