I’m happy to let CS players know that National ESL with Intel Extreme Masters is giving away $36,800 to North American Players. How do you win? First you have to play in National ESL’s weekly tournament and place in the top 2. There’s 8 chances for a total of 16 teams. Then each team will be selected into the Group Stage.
In the Group Stage EACH map win is worth $150 and winning your group is worth $400. All of this taking place online. The winner of each group qualifies for the NYC LAN finals in October. 2nd and 3rd place will face off for the remaining spots. The top 8 will be invited to NY with the following prize money.
1st - $11,000
2nd - $5,500
3rd - $3,300
4th - $1,800
5th-6th - $1,200
7th-8th - $1,000
Every team will receive $1,000 on site for attending the LAN event as travel compensation.
