The way I remember it, the old compLexity lineup from 2005 wasn't under contract around I think 2008? but was told a new one would be issued shortly, however apparently Alex Garfield from Evil Geniuses offered them something at that time which they felt they could not refuse and decided to jump organizations.

This lead to compLexity being without a team for quite a while until the merger of Jax Money Crew and compLexity. This did not last long however after poor results and anger from the fans saw a lineup change. Since then, the team has gone through several more lineup changes, though I think they won a couple league titles during this stretch.

Things were not working out and the latest team was released, which then compLexity picked up FireGamers team, from Brazil and here we are today. In a nut shell.
