how to quit smoking?

okay so my GF promised me to stop smoking (and she did) but I'm going crazy with her right now... she's hyperactive and I really need some ways to get her mind of the cigarettes... anyone here who has quit smoking? any good tips and trix? =)

few days are most difficult! later it should be ok just make sure she will not smoke when you can't see her >:D otherwise she will still rage.

support her when she is nervous because those are the moments when she will need cigarette most

Don't let her start eating too much. When your hands are no longer busy with smoking, they usually look for something to do and quite a lot of people grab food and eat to keep their hands busy. I know it sounds stupid but it happens to a LOT of people.


Tell her to take up like something that involves her hand (whether that is of an adult nature or not is totally up to you but if you suggest "that" as an alternative you may get slapped ;)) But yeah, some people take up knitting or tennis or some shit just to keep their hands busy. KEEP DEM HANDS BUSY!
