So we all know how important a great display is, and I'm now back in the market for one. I'm looking for a 22-24", 16:9, likely LED, but I figured I would stop here before I made any decisions. I am also keeping an eye on the TeamLiquid monitor guide in their forums as well.

What is used here? How do you guys feel about your current monitors? Any suggestions?

I use a couple (pretty big) Acers and I'm very pleased with them. The larger is 1080 HD and Blue Rays are insane.

GL!

I have had a 24" Dell UltraSharp 2408WFP (1920x1200 res) for a few years now and I continue to be amazed by how great it is for videos (I watch a lot of TV shows and movies).

I recently won a 23" EIZO FORIS FS2332 (1920x1080) from our lovely friends over at fnatic and it's a pretty top notch monitor that's great for a little bit of everything.

You should definitely look into Dell UltraSharp line here: http://www.dell.com/content/topics/topic.aspx/global/products/landing/en/ultrasharpmonitor?c=us&l=en&cs=04

And although I've never used any of BenQ's, they are targeting the gaming market (they sponsor ESEA and StarTale), plus I have only heard positive reviews about their monitors -- http://gaming.benq.com/gaming-monitor

I know Acer has really gained popularity in the market over the last couple years, though I never see them around when it comes down to choosing a monitor for gaming.

I've actually been looking into the Ultrasharp U2312HM due to the fact that the input lag is about 1ms and colour in general is fantastic on them. Have been looking at the FS2332 as well, and there is no doubt in my mind that it is top notch - my concern there is the price point if anything.

One of the guys on my team got a BenQ XL2410T, and it does look fantastic. However, I've read some concerning things about it enough to turn me off (TL forums/TFTCentral):

The IPS Dell Ultrasharp may be a 8ms monitor but in all honesty the reverse ghosting is quite small and it is still, overall, very responsive; meanwhile the 120hz 2ms BenQ monitor has such terrible overdrive that it is, by far, the worst monitor when it comes to motion performance despite being a professional gaming monitor endorsed by Counterstrike legends HeatoN and SpawN. It is even worse than the 12ms HP IPS monitor, which wasn’t intended for gaming at all.

If Samsung were to release a successor to the 2233RZ within the next couple months, I would likely grab it. (I'm kind of a Samsung whore, though.)
