Very odd.. never seen that before. Did you call them?

I would say try using the Windows Media Center plugin for Netflix. This might fix the problem and in my experience streaming movies is much smoother that way.

No but I just uninstalled the silverlight media program that Netflix uses and reinstalled it

netflix on computer? why would you use that when you can get all movies for free on internetz? only time i use netflix is on xbox or ps3
