Electric

Gibson make really nice electric guitars that are too expensive for me. :( I still want one, but might have to wait a few years for one or I might just pick up a cheaper Les Paul for now and save up for an SG.

Acoustic

As far as acoustic guitars go, Gibson have some nice ones, but Dennis MacPherson of MacPherson Guitar Works make really nice guitars. They are beautiful and made with high quality wood. I am not fortunate enough to own an acoustic made by him, but I am hoping one day I'll be able to buy one.
