As some of you may or may not know, I once served in the US Army. After serving 3 years and almost 18 months of that in Iraq I got out in 2005.

So a decade has passed since the first year I got my hands on Half Life and all its glory. So it was my birthday yesterday (Jan. 17th) - I turned the small 2_4 and had a small get together with some of my closest friends.

We started out at Texas Road House for dinner, had a double shot of Absolute courtesy of my friend (who is a bartender there) - then went and picked out my own steak.
