If this contest is monthly, I honestly think that only blogs that are updated often should be counted. While the blog entries that were included are nice, I think it's almost unfair to include those who only did one entry.

It's supposed to be a blog, right? Something that is updated and often and more than once.

It's supposed to be a blog, right? Something that is updated and often and more than once.

It's supposed to be about quality, not quantity of entries. So you could have one, really great entry, and it should get in over a user with 12 subpar blog posts. At least that's how i read the rules of the contest.

Variables: That is exactly what they had in mind, but I'm just saying that a blog entry is only a blog entry if you're blogging! If they want people to write a good editorial about gaming, I'm sure they'd get Landodger to do it.

They want to encourage people to use their blogging feature through this contest. That's all I'm saying.

I agree and I give props to those who have continued to write blogs.
I believe it's only fair to choose between the blogs that people enjoyed the most.

My only point is that it shouldn't be purely on quality.

It should be on both, quality and quantity. Those that have quality in every blog they've created should be the ones who are finalists.
