I think you should use colors that arent ugly for 1. You should try making a site that is unique. Your entire design looks like a regurgitation of every other CS team website. Did you buy a template and change some letters? If not then try making a site that is unique and people can actually sit back and say WOW.

well thats false purely from obviousness if you looked at it. if anything the sites like most plain clan template styles rather than a pure ripoff.

I think it looks good, not big on the colors but they look nice together. It's a nice and clean site.
