Most of the times i join the website and post a comment or post it is always showing as if i was offline

That's just a little display glitch. The fact that you can post a comment shows, that you are in fact logged in. Once you refreshed the site or submit a comment/post, it will show you as Online.

Then you have to visit the forum first, before you continue on the main page. But like i said, it's nothing like a little display glitch of this tiny online/offline icon. It does not affect the functionality, so best ignore it.
