If you are really serious about competing which I think you are, then ESL is a pretty good league. It's dominated by Euros and your matches will often have delay/lag, but you will undoubtedly learn a lot from them. Your game will improve a lot. PC LANs haven't been announced yet for FIFA 11 and probably won't be announced until after the new year. FIWC, FIFA PS3'a biggest tournament begins November 1. Best of luck
