Stream Problem

i had applied for a stream to start streaming but had done my twitch tv account but i have had problems with my computer and twitch for some reason so i just switched to ustream. The form had said my stream was approved but now its back in the approval process. I was just wondering if its up or what cause my name will come up when i turn the ustream on from xsplit but it has no stream or chat and just treats it as offline

I am having a similar problem. I want to change my stream info to own3d.tv but it will not let me change it. It just keeps going back to the original stream I had posted that i don't stream on anymore.
