Just looking at this website and seeing the little green dot by peoples names sparked an idea i was wondering if on the new site online users could have the option to open up a live chat room where all online users and people could talk live to friends and others why posting on the forums and checking out new info.

I personally don't like the idea since I've seen websites do that and it never gets used or only has a few people in it. I'm not saying that is what would happen if it was implimented but IRC does exsit and most of the people who come here are also on there.
